Fantastic experience, especially thanks to the availability and kindness of all the staff, always welcoming with a greeting and a smile for everyone. Attentive service, beautiful landscape, and excellent facilities. Noteworthy is the Spa and, last but not least, an amazing breakfast! Thank you very much again

The main pool and spa are great. The beach is big and always sun loungers available. Breakfast is great with a lot of options. Staff are very friendly and the massages were brilliant. Great little outside bar on deck in the evening (could maybe do with a refresh) reception is beautiful. Bathroom big with great products

Long wait for food. On the day of arrival waited over an hour for lunch and when arrived they only brought 1 dish and then had to wait another 20 min for partner to get served. We had ordered the same thing! Service seemed a little disorganized. But the staff were super friendly. The majority of guests were Russian. The mood was not very friendly or cheerful. One night they had a Russian entertainer which seemed misplaced in Vietnam. Food too catered to the audience and dishes a bit bland. The room was dark and felt outdated. There was a kitchen but not allowed to use it. Would recommend mosquito nets as we were getting bitten so much during the night (hope it was mosquitoes) but cause the room was so dark it was difficult to see them. Our villa had a pool but wasn’t super inviting.
