Sou hóspede frequente deste hotel a trabalho, mas desta vez fiquei decepcionado. O colchão de molas do apto. 309 está muito velho, torto e com buracos, sem condições de uso. Tem que providenciar a troca urgente, pois compromete totalmente o conforto e a qualidade do descanso.
