Room smelled bad, full of guests' hair including bed and shower, shower door difficult to move, instead of changing the room or bringing a cleaner they offered us another hotel elsewhere when we arrived after a long journey at 23:00 at night we did not agree in the end we made the bed ourselves. The next day we did not give up and finally the last offer was to enter the spa which includes a pool, jacuzzi, and sauna we stayed for an hour and a half and went from the hotel to the flight in the evening. In short, disappointment from the hotel

The spa area was nice, the room was large and spacious, and the staff was friendly and pleasant. The bathroom was also spacious.

We booked a room with a double bed, and when we arrived, the beds were separate, which detracted from the experience as a couple wanting to stay in a hotel. The air conditioning did not work properly and cooled far from the bed, so we were very hot at night. Also, because the curtains were orange, when the sun rose, the room was filled with orange light, and from sunrise we could not sleep anymore because we felt like we were sleeping in a room with strong yellow-orange light. Overall, the sleep experience was not good.

I do not understand why during the reservation of the spa saunas there were still employees walking around even though you want to relax and enjoy in peace! Which was not the case!
