The location was good, not directly in the center but close to a Lido and the sea.
The location was good, not directly in the center but close to a Lido and the sea.
The room was not clean, it had long black hairs everywhere, limescale stains, and also dirt and stains on the floor. The air conditioning did not work properly (very old) and it got very hot in the room. There is a large construction site right next to the hotel, it is very loud, we were not informed about it. The staff did not seem particularly motivated and could hardly greet at times.

Didn’t clean the room, straight after cleaning could find a lot of hair (not mine) on the floor, bathroom - only towels were changed. They didn’t fill up the soap container even once during the 10-day trip… No vegetables for breakfast, except roasted tomatoes 😮 One of two elevators broke down and it took more than 2 days to be fixed, not acceptable for a 4-star hotel. Next door there is a huge construction site, not possible to use the rooftop pool, I know this is not their fault but it would be nice to mention it on their page
