Generally praised in multiple reviews — bathrooms described as very clean and guests commented on good hygiene.
Mixed to negative: several reports of rude or inflexible reception (demanding passports, charging extra without compromise), but some staff were reported as very friendly and helpful on late arrival.
Strongly positive: repeatedly noted as close to train/metro stations, near shopping and central areas, and convenient for transit and local amenities.
Mostly positive: rooms described as comfortable, spacious with good beds; some issues noted such as a small/uncomfortable shower and a non-working/noisy window.
Mixed: air-conditioning consistently praised; parking available on-site for some but limited and sometimes inconvenient (staff must move cars).
Positive overall: several guests commented the price was attractive and fair, though one guest reported being charged additional fees in a contentious way.
Standard quality for this hotel tier
Mixed overall: comfortable, clean rooms and good location provide a generally positive stay, but service issues (reception behaviour, booking inflexibility) and parking hassles significantly lowered some guests' experiences.

Unfortunately, a bad experience and I do not recommend booking here. The Indian staff member who claims his name is Ahmed is rude and disrespectful. The room is small, the air conditioner does not work, the bathroom is bigger than the room, and they do not have parking.
Located quite centrally (you have to walk a bit to get to the metro, but the neighborhood where the hotel is located is quite nice)

Unfortunately, this hotel felt quite overpriced for what we paid. The facilities are very outdated and could definitely use some updating. The bed head had visible dust on it, which was disappointing from a cleanliness perspective. The shower was also extremely small and uncomfortable to use. At night, the room felt very humid and stuffy, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. It did the job for us as we only needed somewhere to stay for one night, but if we were staying longer, I would have chosen somewhere else. For the price, I expected a much better standard of room and facilities.
