The pool was out of order. When I arrived (at 3:00 p.m.) the hotel was closed, there was no one at reception, and I had to call by phone for someone to give me the key and wait on the street

No elevator. No one to help with bags. I could hear the music through the walls. So a bit noisy after 6 p.m. The lack of personnel at the front desk.
