1- the receptionist was in a bad mood and not friendly at all, also there was a lack of staff there, as there were many people waiting for just one person, even when there were no people, she was not friendly. the music at the pool was loud until 11 pm. the hotel was not very family-friendly as there were very drunk people at the pool. 2- the rooms in the pictures look bigger than they are. they are very small, I made a booking for 5 people and we didn't fit in the rooms, we had to book a second room
