The staff adds charm to the hotel. From check-in to parking the car, breakfast, everyone is so nice. The location is great. We also stayed at a large hotel down the street. The price at Cubo was about $100 less because you don't get the pool and rooftop deck, but it is comparable. Also, Cubo serves breakfast, which is a nice break from a buffet like most hotels.

All staff were friendly, helpful, and spoke excellent English. Great location for visiting the old town. Appreciated the warmth of our check-in. Loved having the key for the room as a QR code on the phone, no key to misplace.

The air conditioning in the room was stuck on high. Breakfast service was chaotic one morning. Had booked a tour so had no time to eat by the time it arrived. Much better the second day
