Guest sentiment
- Cleanliness8.4
Generally praised as clean and tidy by several guests, though a few reviews mention occasional housekeeping lapses and some cleanliness complaints.
- Service9.6
Multiple strong positive mentions of reception staff, specific praise for Yasmine, fast check-in/out and helpful administrators; a small number of isolated negative interactions reported but overall service is consistently highlighted as excellent.
- Location9.4
Repeatedly noted as close to everything and a convenient location by several guests.
- Room Quality8.7
Rooms praised for size and occasional upgrades; some guests report old furniture, older TVs and not always receiving requested floor, giving a generally good but slightly mixed impression.
- Amenities7.2
Several negative points: small pool (often suitable only for children), closed Jacuzzi at times, elevator confusion and gym access restrictions for children; some positive notes like good car service but amenities are a weaker area.
- Value for Money8.6
Mixed signals: repeat guests call the price reasonable and fair, while a few reports mention staff quoting high rates; overall perceived as good value by many.
- Food and Beverage7.9
Breakfast service has positives (chef noted), but multiple comments cite limited breakfast variety and repetition of items, resulting in a slightly below-target score.
- Overall Experience9.0
Many guests describe an excellent overall stay with helpful staff, cleanliness and convenient location; some operational drawbacks (pool, amenities, breakfast variation) temper the experience but overall impression is very positive.
