Lo que no me gustó fue que el de recepción de la noche, le dijimos que si nos daba una habitación en la parte de abajo por que teníamos una persona con bastón y no hay elevador , y al principio no queria, tuvimos que insistir , y solo asi nos dio la habitación.

Mal servicio del personal. No había toallas cuando entramos a la habitación. Nos dieron una habitación para gente con silla de ruedas y se salía el Agua de la zona del baño. Una camarera nos urgió a salir de la habitación porque iba a hacer el aseo y nos "amenazó" que ella ya no volvería si se iba al piso superior.

El personal es mega grosero, iniciando con los de recepción y las de la limpieza abrieron la puerta de mi habitación sin preguntar mientras yo estaba dentro de la habitación
