Mejorar el wifi en la habitación casi lo llega y se corta a cada rato y muy lento. El desayuno bien pero las personas que atienden todo el tiempo se quejan y se ponen a explicarte que ya van a cerrar que ya se va a acabar su horario, que no puedes pedir extras por que se cobran a parte pero todo el tiempo son pretextos y largas explicaciones de las 2 señoras, muy mala experiencia en el servicio. El baño tiene ongos. Algunas personas de administración y atención al publico que es la cara del hotel y la experiencia de usuario, son muy cortantes y no son amables ni tienen cortesía, por esto no me refiero a que sean maleducadas, pero no te dan esa atención y amabilidad que esperas de una recepción en un hotel.

El lugar me agrado, recibí muy buen trato del personal de su comedor, ante mi situación de salud, fueron muy atentos conmigo, la recepción de igual forma . Regresaré muy pronto!
