TV without local channels

The hotel's location is central. We could easily walk to the cable car park, city center, and tourist attractions. There is a park across the street. It is a lively area close to the university with many young people. The exterior of the hotel looks neglected. It is a white building with peeling paint, but many buildings in the area were in the same condition. We had a private bathroom, but it was outside the room. You need a separate key to access the bathroom on the same floor. The bathroom had shower amenities and towels. There was a hairdryer. In our room, there was a separate sink for hand washing and tooth brushing. There was no kettle in the room, but we could get free tea and coffee in the kitchen on the ground floor. The kitchen had utensils for cooking. The young, friendly, and helpful girl at the reception was very nice. We couldn't thank her as we checked out at night, but if she reads this, let it be known. There is always someone at the reception 24 hours, but the main door closes, so you need to ring the bell. In terms of price, performance, and location, it was suitable for us. It seems that buildings in general across South America need maintenance and cleaning.

The building and room need a general maintenance. Improvement can be made in terms of cleanliness. Having a separate bathroom outside the room can lead to encounters with other guests after showering.

The rooms do not have a minibar, which is something super necessary and easy to solve by placing a minibar in each room. I had the inconvenience of being assigned a room with a private bathroom only for that room, but external, which I did not like at all.

The location is very good, the staff was friendly, the room was clean, there is a kitchen with tea and coffee available for self-service, there is no breakfast but there are tables in the room next to the kitchen. The only downside was that there was noise all night from a nearby building that had a party, it was heard until 6 in the morning.
