On the day I arrived (01/09) I couldn't sleep because the air conditioning made noise all night, they put together two beds instead of a double bed where the edges of the bed were uncomfortable and the shower leaked in room 215, on (02/09) I took my wife for a surgical procedure even without having slept, I reported what happened and they changed our room (room 512), the toilet was clogged, the bathroom shower box full of infiltrations on the wall and floor, TV remote control didn't work, my wife had surgery and I was informed that they could only change rooms again, but that was not possible, due to her situation, highly dissatisfied. On the 8th I return to São Paulo for another procedure for my wife and I will not stay in this hotel due to the neglect with guests!

The attendants were somewhat confused, I missed having a mirror in the room, considering that there was only one in the bathroom and in a quadruple room it's quite difficult.
They gave access to other guests to my room. By chance, we were inside. Very unpleasant
The room is poorly maintained, I didn't like the cleanliness, one of the beds was terrible, breakfast was disappointing. The only thing that was worth it was the location.
