The property is on the 2nd floor so you need to walk up the stairs. The elevator does not go all the way down to the 1st floor. So, you will need to carry your luggage up to the 2nd floor when checking in and out. The location is convenient for shopping and dining.

I want to express my gratitude to the entire work team at the Zalmedina hotel. My stay with my mother was really excellent, the kindness of all the employees including the cleaning lady. Everything was excellent, every day they cleaned our room, the breakfast was excellent and the hotel is in an excellent location close to the beach, restaurants and shopping places. Thanks to the entire team at the Zalmedina hotel.

Rooms with a balcony were very small, bathroom small. Toilet wouldn’t flush the first night. No 24-hour maid service, you couldn’t get extra towels. Every time you left your room the key would be connected to the air conditioner. Room was always hot when you came back
