The room is very spacious. The staff is lovely, very attentive at all times and very helpful. Good value for money. It's a 15-minute walk from the main square but there are many shops around.

Hotel quite far from the central square. Room in the basement... not great, no light and feels like being locked in

Beds were comfortable. Overall, just a good average stay. Did not make use of the free tea as there were no cups. My wish for no housekeeping was eventually respected. Showers have enough hot water. Liked the hot chocolate at breakfast. Desk staff helped in organizing airport transfer.

Breakfast staff was a bit narrow-minded. I inquired whether I could have an additional fried egg instead of sausage (veggie), omitting the sausage was no problem, one more egg was. Water offered tasted chlorinated (tap water?). Very thin walls, woke up several times either due to people arriving or taking showers. Room had no outside window.

Hotel in a slightly off-center location but with a 10-minute walk you reach Plaza de las Armas. The room was not tiny but having booked two rooms: one double and the other triple, in the triple room there were not enough outlets to charge the various devices. Decent breakfast. Unfortunately, the lack of outlets in the rooms

The location is very good and the breakfast service was excellent. We thank the manager Richard Castro who was always very attentive to our needs.
