The communal bathroom did not have hot water, which was very embarrassing. I couldn't muster the courage to wash, so I couldn't shower for a day. I had an early tour at around 8 o'clock, but the breakfast started at 8:30, so I missed breakfast for two days. It would be nice if they prepared the buffet breakfast earlier so that more people could enjoy the benefit of breakfast included.

Cleanliness needs improvement. Sink full of hair, floor (especially under the shower) dirty and also lots of hair.
