The soundproofing is not very good, often the laughter from next door penetrates through, making it difficult to rest quietly. The robes provided are very small, possibly M size, which is completely unsuitable for guests wearing L or XL clothes. Also, there is no basket for used clothes in the bathroom, and the water pressure of the shower head is not strong enough. The toilet is quite small, and tall people may have trouble closing the door. Furthermore, the sockets in the room are unstable when plugging in, and although the hotel provides a charging cable in the room, it is only for phones. For those with laptops, the adapter is also unstable when plugged in...
All rooms are quite spacious with good views, although the 4-person room can only be on lower floors. It offers very good restaurants on the upper floors with fantastic views. The hotel provides a shuttle service to Universal Studios.

The 4-person room is on lower floors while the rest are on floors 40-50 with much better views. Only one metro line reaches the hotel, and you always have to transfer, although it is only a few stops.
