I didn't like that when I booked a room on the website, it said no prepayment was required and payment could be made on-site. However, your website started sending threatening messages three days later, stating that if I didn't pay within 23 hours, the reservation would be canceled! I chose a more expensive rate even though I could have chosen a cheaper one and made the payment during the initial booking!!! It doesn't seem right.

The room was very noisy with the air-conditioning making a loud noise, next to an engine room or generator room, there was a continuous alarm noise throughout my 5-day stay, making it difficult to sleep, and the bed was very hard. Not a very pleasant stay. :(
