The attention of the reception staff. The room is cleaned every 2 days. THEY NEVER INFORMED ME OF THIS DETAIL. I expected a hotel of that size to clean EVERY day. When you check in, they DO NOT inform you of these 'small' details. A DISAPPOINTMENT. And the reception staff does not care about your situation. Too bad. I do not recommend the hotel unless you do not mind the daily cleaning of the room.
