The staff was very warm and attentive to us from check-in. We were offered a free room upgrade that we were very happy about. The rooms were luxuriously furnished and very clean. The bed was large and very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the Panda Station (short taxi ride). Everything was TOP!

The hotel is in a great location for anyone wanting to visit the panda reserve, about 5 mins away in a didi. We most loved the buffet breakfast and dinner. Both were fantastic with loads of mainly traditional food, our boys aged 11 and 8, thought the concept of buffet and the fact that they love the food meant they rated the hotel as almost their favourite on our trip. Our room was spacious and fairly clean, the view was beautiful and we enjoyed spying on the weddings taking place in the grounds and jogging around the perimeter.

Smoking is still allowed in the hotel, not on all floors - but you can smell it everywhere. The outside pool was closed - which was a disappointment to us as it was one of the main reasons we booked. The inside pool is a bit tired, not so clean, the older men spitting mucus on the side did not really help with this.

Stayed for one night to visit the Zoo with pandas. The hotel is practically located on the territory of the green zoo. It's a 5-minute taxi ride to the zoo entrance. The room is large. We ordered a special room with Pandas for our child. The reaction of the child (4 years old) is amazing! Don't regret spending this money (about 1 thousand rubles). We were pleasantly surprised by the large full extra bed for the child, free of charge. The decoration and gifts are just great! Interesting pool with a sandy beach. We didn't take breakfast because we left early for the zoo. Attentive staff. They helped set up the Alipay card, helped order a taxi to the airport through the card, and explained, showed how to use the card. Thank you for your attention!
