The pillows were quite worn out. The food/drink items from the room's minibar were very expensive. The room's acoustics towards the outside of the building are great because it has its own windows, so the noise from the street and the airport doesn't bother, but you can hear the noise from the corridors inside the room.
The bed was very comfortable, spacious and pleasant room. The staff always very helpful, especially Luciano from the reception.

The cleanliness was lacking. The extra pillow had a dirty pillowcase. The room's glasses were also very dirty. When we arrived, there was still urine in the toilet.
I was surprised because they put my husband and me in separate rooms, each one in a room with a child! Where have you seen this? They should not have accepted the reservation!
