The hotel is a lovely hotel located near Cusco plaza de armas. The staff are kind and caring and there is immediate service. They offer free coco tea all the time and the breakfast is excellent. Thank you!

The hotel is very comfortable, with clean and spacious rooms. The location is excellent. The staff were very attentive. We had the option to leave our bags in storage for a day while we went to Machu Picchu, which made the trip much easier. Excellent value for money.
