New TVs in room needed
Basically everything. The staffs were amazingly nice and helpful. The bellboys were super friendly, the guest services staffs were very thoughtful, the room service staffs provided spot-on services, restaurants staffs were also excellent. The beach and the pool were amazing. The view of my ocean view room was perfect.

We are not big fans of our bed's pillows, they were a bit too soft. The bedsheet was also a bit unclean.

The room, had many problems.... I've upgraded the room but had no curtain we had problems with the toilet and many more... Everything was fix the problem I had that it seemed like they don't care about the experience I had.
