The breakfast for the 6 days was in the same environment... There were few details regarding breakfast.... The rooms were a bit small for the price.

The room had a very strange smell and it seems they put a lot of chlorine but it still smelled bad. The TV never worked, we reported it to reception and it was never fixed.

Despite the notice that there is no air conditioning, the rooms are very hot, the ceiling fan does not provide enough air and is just for show. Also, due to some guests who had to be removed, we could not sleep well. I suffer from anxiety disorder, I have to take sleeping pills and I couldn't go back to sleep... even though they were removed and the Police were called, there was no compensation for what happened to us, and we were not informed of a complaints box.
The buffet-style breakfast they offer is very good. The location is perfect because in front is the Metro Bus stop, and there is a Metro Train station. You can take the Metro Bus towards the Basilica. Also, in front is the Forum Buena Vista shopping center. Huge.

The card that opens the room door would malfunction and we could no longer access the room.
