It was an unpleasant stay overall; service was pathetic, there was even a power shortage for 2-3 hours. Worst breakfast I've ever had in my life, no hot water in my room so I had to go to floor 4 to take a shower.

At check-in, no one was at the reception for over 30 minutes. The room only had a small desk and was not suitable for working. There was a refrigerator that wouldn't close. I was worried because there were hardly any guests staying and wondered if the hotel was managing well.

The hotel is located 1 km away from the Waterfront, Port Louis. The rooms are very, very dirty. There were small bugs on the walls and bed. The bathroom is also very dirty and worn out. The building, corridors, rooms, especially the bathrooms, need major renovations. I couldn't stay there and changed my hotel. Photos on hotels.com do not accurately show the situation.
