The proximity to the Grand Place. Even though the place is very crowded and noisy at night, we couldn't hear anything from our room.

No staff at the reception, communication only through messages, but they are responsive. What was missing in the room was the light, it was very dark even with the lights on.

From the room I was in, you could hear everything on the street, all day and all night. I don't mind noise, but it was too much until 5-6 am every day, even on weekdays.

Non-compliant service, room not suitable for a small family of 3, including a 1-year-old baby, several malfunctions of appliances (air conditioner, fan, refrigerator). My girlfriend also left a negative review on Google Maps and Booking.
