Rooms, common areas lacking attention and simple maintenance. My feeling is the staff has forgotten what the customer wants and forgets to do simple maintenance like lubricating cracking bathroom doors or checking if WiFi extenders are functioning. Pool water was not clean.

This hotel is trying to scam you if you are booking the "SUPERIOR QUEEN ROOM". That room smells hazardous mold, has no windows, no ac. When we said it's unacceptable they offered a nice room for more than twice the price. We declined. They have a very strict cancellation policy so we had to call booking.com they offered no alternative but we got our free cancellation....we ended up in a hotel nearby.

Old and poorly maintained hotel. It does not correspond to a 4-star hotel as advertised. Poorly soundproofed and poorly insulated rooms, it rained and water entered the room.

Water pressure but that probably can't be helped. Outside street noise but again, can't be helped. Breakfast was expensive
