I didn't like the noise, as on the other side of our room there was a snack bar with music and it was noisy from the sound. When the music ended, it was buses arriving, very noisy, I could hardly sleep at all

I would like to report a situation regarding my stay booked through Booking. My reservation was from the 2nd to the 4th. However, on the 3rd, I needed to leave urgently because my son had an accident and I had to stay with him at the hospital. I returned to the hotel only to pick up my bags. Given this unexpected situation, I would like to know what will happen with the unused night. I tried to contact the management of the place, but I did not receive clear guidance on how to proceed.
