Location is great, easy walk to central bus stops #6 & #14 (and maybe others) for tour pick ups. Fantastic bakery next door. Apartment was clean and requests for service were addressed in good time. Master bed was comfortable; one of our party slept on the sofa bed and didn't complain... There were very nice, fluffy duvets. Kitchen was stocked adequately with dishes & basic utensils/equipment for the most part. Generally it was great to have the kitchen & to stock breakfast & snacks which helped to cut down on the expensive food costs.

Apartment we had was minimally furnished. It was advertised as being for 3 ppl, but I think it would have been more comfortable for 2 given the lack of furniture. The bedroom was large enough to hold a dresser, but there was none, so for a week all three of our party lived out of our suitcases left open on the bedroom floor. There is a really large closet area, but not many hangers, so only one of us was able to hang some clothes. (We didn't request more, but maybe we could have?) The bathroom had no shelf unit (except one small shelf placed directly over the toilet, which seemed unwise & likely to result in items falling into the toilet), so we lined up our toiletries on the windowsill, but lowering the shade often knocked them to the floor if you weren't exceedingly mindful. The shower unit is in a corner, so there are two walls & a curtain (no glass door). After three showers, the bathroom floor is very wet, no matter how hard you try to keep the curtain to the wall or whether you angle the showerhead to one side. This is inconvenient for surefooted people, but could be a hazard for very young or old occupants. The common area had a sofa that turned into a bed for a third guest, as well as a table with 4 bentwood chairs. It wasn't conducive to say, hanging out together to watch tv when winding down from the day as one person invariably sat at the table, which wasn't comfortable for more than 30 minutes. Upon arrival there were three (thin) bath towels and one hand towel at the sink. Hand towels and wash cloths were requested, but only hand towels were ever provided. I'm not sure they stocked wash cloths. There was a hot water kettle, but no coffee maker in the kitchen.
