Areas for improvement: At breakfast, tea and coffee are poured from large shared teapots (coffee pots) by default. In a hotel of this level, you expect to have your own personal teapot. Especially since the tea in the rooms is excellent (TWG). We asked separately for hot water and a tea bag.
