The hotel is run-down, with mold in the spa area. The food and drinks are quite expensive, with a can of coke costing 6€ and a 1L bottle of water costing 12€

I repeatedly asked if I could charge everything to my room and pay by card, which they confirmed. However, after ordering ice cream for €7, they insisted on cash payment. After multiple discussions, they finally allowed card payment. This experience soured my stay at the '5-star resort'. You can get a similar experience for 20% of the price in a nice riad in the medina
