Position of ceiling fan was away from bed ( room 301). Ac was to kept on all the time unnecessarily. Mattress was too soft, not good for spine. Staff attitude was kind of neutral not warm. No room service for lunch and dinner, snacks n tea could be ordered.
The hotel is phenomenal, clean and staff very helpful. We arrived a little late and they prepared us some dinner. Breakfast a bit scarce.
