My stay was lamentable. The trip with my children was a nightmare because the hotel did not address the issue with the room they assigned me.

The hotel charged me a 2-star rate and provided a service of minus 10. Attached is a photo of the toy fan they gave me after complaining. That mini fan for a room of three people facing the sun all day. Besides not addressing the broken ceiling fan in my room, they refused to change my room, forcing me to not sleep for 4 nights. Do not stay here, the hotel is not up to the task of justifying its price.

The location was good for me. The hotel has a staffed reception that seemed to be open 24 hours. All the reception staff I met were pleasant and helpful.

I returned one day during my stay to find my room door left propped open and no towels in the bathroom. An oversight by the cleaning staff for which the receptionist was very apologetic. They blamed the heatwave weather, but it should not have happened. Air conditioning would have been nice, given the hot weather.
