We stayed at the hotel from September 3–5 and returned again from September 8–9. During our first stay, we were very pleased with the room assigned to us and had a great experience. We particularly liked the bathroom, especially the bathtub, which made the room more comfortable. However, during our second stay, we were assigned Room 305, and unfortunately, the room was not at the same standard as our first stay. I noticed that the toilet flush button/handle was cracked

Pretty, small hotel in the middle of Saigon. Very friendly staff, tastefully decorated rooms that were very clean. Excellent breakfast and generous afternoon tea with many small snacks.

As mentioned in other reviews, there is a singing school next to the hotel. It can indeed get very loud. However, the hotel provides earplugs.
