I had a wonderful experience at Triumph Hotel Cairo. Riham the manager, and Ahmed from Shiraz, the supervisor, were both very professional, friendly and helpful throughout our stay. They made us feel very welcome and were always ready to assist with anything we needed. Their excellent customer service made our experience even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

This was my third time staying at this hotel and once again I really enjoyed my stay. The location is perfect, right in the middle of everything and very convenient. The hotel is super clean and always smells fresh. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and the service is really good. The food is also very good, fresh, clean, healthy and tasty. I really liked the grilled dishes and the oriental salads. The menu doesn’t have a huge selection, but the dishes they offer are really well made. The breakfast is mind-blowing. The food is actually better and cheaper than many places around the area. The cafe is also really nice, especially if you like shisha. Probably one of the best ACs in Cairo. This is my third stay and honestly there is absolutely nothing to complain about. I will definitely come back again.
