The location is very good, right by the harbor and Duval Street. Beautiful property. The room was clean. Good breakfast selection. Free parking available in the area, just need to inquire.

The housekeeping staff were not particularly friendly and seemed rather demotivated. The room needs some renovation and had a slight musty smell. The pool area is not very inviting and dirty. The pool lift for disabled people is in a dilapidated state. There seemed to be many vacant rooms, so they could have easily offered a room upgrade (especially considering the existing Diamond Status with Hilton, but the receptionist didn't care as the booking wasn't made directly through them).

Everything about the property was excellent except for one issue - our bathroom was COVERED in mold because of excess moisture with no ventilation. I was only staying one night so I didn't make a big deal out of it but I would not feel comfortable staying in that room for an extended time due to health risks. It's a historic property so I can understand why it's an issue, but if I were to book at Ridley House again I would request another room.
