Upon arrival our luggage got lost, 45 minutes. While in the room we couldn't change to go out. The side opposite the pool is next to another noisy Sandos hotel.

Emmanuel for entertainment at the main pool was THE BEST! Super funny, nice, and brought the best vibes! The resort should let him do more and not be so restrictive. People love the entertainment and were daily wanting an encore of dancing!

Unfortunately, the resort was not at all what we expected. The restaurants were very unaccommodating, and the food was disappointing overall. The property also did not feel as clean as we expected, and overall, the staff did not seem very willing to help or accommodate guests with their needs. We were hoping for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation, but unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing.
