The location of the hotel is very close to metro Tulskaya. You just need to make 2 short stops by tram and you are next to metro Tulskaya and Erevan plaza shopping mall. Very nice and responsive staff. Will help you with any issues. Rooms are very nice, have a drying fan, toiletries, small fridge, complimentary water, tea and coffee, TV and Wi-Fi. On the floor you can find an iron and ironing board, together with a water cooler. I also ordered an open buffet breakfast which was quite good, you can’t eat everything at one time. The restaurant Manifactura that is located on the bottom floor of the hotel provides the guests of the hotel with open buffet business lunches for a very reasonable price for weekdays.

We had a luxurious rest)) I would say we caught an otherworldly luxurious pleasure😺 the weather was excellent) the rooms were like cabins, as they say, good things come in small packages, in general, we recommend to everyone! And the convenient location and the embankment nearby only added to our joy😺

Pros: - cleanliness - free water, tea/coffee in the room (they gave me as much tea as I wanted, without restrictions) - triangular cushion for seating - good bed linen and blanket - tasty dishes in the restaurant, reasonable prices - friendly staff - good sound insulation Cons: - you can only reach the floor above the first one by elevator, the stairs are closed. What to do in case of a fire when you cannot use the elevators and need to evacuate urgently, they did not tell me. This is unsafe. - walking from Tulskaya metro station to the hotel passes under the third ring road, it is scary and uncomfortable

Most of the items are provided like toiletries, extra-large bed upon request, good room cleaning service, friendly staff that also speaks different languages, great atmosphere though things would be perfect if I had a bigger room. Overall, it is a good place to stay.😁

I was supposed to check in for two days, but upon arrival, the girl Christina at the reception could not check me in. Allegedly, they did not see in the system that I had made a reservation. Moreover, they did not offer an alternative or another room, but simply kicked me out, saying figure it out on your own with the website through which you made the reservation. Now the entire Azimut hotel chain is on my blacklist along with Hotels.com. Thank you for the rest!!
