Reception was not friendly. She seemed very stressed. Not enough parking. Restaurant was full. Did not receive much information.

(1) Parking was difficult, and the receptionist was not helpful in directing me to it. The map sent to me by email was too late to be useful. (2) The room had no tea/coffee service, nor any cool water (it was warm in the room). (3) The pool was very busy and there were many children around - haven't the holidays finished?! (4) Breakfast tables had names on them, and when I was unable to find my name, I was "directed" (too "directly") to an empty table by a non-customer-friendly waitress.

Sleeping with open windows is only for the hardy, as it is located directly on the street and next to a church tower. The staff did less than the bare minimum. The quality of the food is inferior. More emphasis is placed on shelf life rather than freshness. The price-performance ratio is catastrophic. Even the bathrobe for the wellness area had to be paid for separately despite an overnight price of about 200€. That reminds me of the carpet in the room... no words.

The staff was partly unfriendly. When we asked if we could have dinner at the evening menu (we had only booked breakfast), we were rather annoyed and reluctantly agreed by the restaurant manager, and the price for the menu was communicated. In the evening, we were then given a place in the last corner.
