The coffee capsules for the coffee maker in my room were not automatically refilled. I had to request them every time.

The extra bed was very uncomfortable, impossible to sleep. In addition to being excessively expensive, it was not foreseen in our reservation that we would need an extra bed, as the room in our reservation was for three adults and two beds, I assumed it was a double and a single bed, but it turns out it was a double bed to which they added an extra bed, on their own, which we had to pay separately when checking in, for the price of 50 Swiss francs. For three adults, there were only two coffee capsules and services and two bottles of water.
