The single rooms are very small. The rooms facing the backyard are very noisy due to the location, as the hotel's restaurant is also located there. Constant door slamming etc. disturb one's sleep. This should be improved urgently.

Very good location to explore Berlin, in the Mitte district, with very close access to subways and trains. Very comfortable room, with a spacious bathroom and a very large shower with a screen. The breakfast was quite varied, although it was the same every day, by the way the bread was very good. Extreme cleanliness with towel change and water replenishment every day and also coffee if you wanted, with a Nespresso machine in the room. Very friendly staff.

I liked everything, except for the uncomfortable pillows, and that inside the room with Vodafone you couldn't make calls or use data, and the wifi was not very good.

I have no complaints. We felt very comfortable and the staff are very friendly and attentive. Also, the breakfast and service were excellent.
