I thank the reception because I was upgraded as I got married the same day. I was in room 415 and I really enjoyed it.

The sheets are worn out and not up to the price and level of the hotel! A lot of noise early in the morning!

The services are not worthy of a 5-star hotel (Very few breakfast choices, tiny pool, decoration with fake plants, coldness of some staff...)
Room was large and comfortable, staff were friendly. We got a partial sea view, which we had not booked, which was nice. Hotel wasn't busy and hotel is right on the beach.

Easier bar service at the pool (you had to go inside to order), drinks were expensive (but seems the norm in Noumea). Better signage for restaurants, fitness area etc near reception. Snorkel rental would be good.

The amateurism of the staff. There are almost only young interns with an average age of 20 who do not master anything. Too many clumsiness and awkward gestures. Far from a 5-star hotel and its professional and qualified staff.
