Albergo molto datato c'erano insetti nella testiera del letto. Personale che non parlava inglese e non molto gentile. La zona anche se centrale non proprio affidabile

Colchão não era macio, instalações um pouco antigas com uma coisa ou outra atualizadas. Um ar condicionado bem antigo de parede, estava até desligado mas passamos frio mesmo assim. De modo geral eu esperava mais, mas pra uma noite só, foi ok.

Desde que llegamos a hacer check in les dije que en la app de Booking no podía extender 2 noches más la estancia. Les pedí unieran las reservaciones pero diario tuve que bajar a pedir el acceso porque desactivaban mi tarjeta. No tiene rampas de acceso a personas con discapacidad. Un día olvidaron también ponernos toallas y tenía que esperar mi adulto mayor con discapacidad a que resolvieran algo que se inicio NO debía presentarse.Solo un elevador funciona y tardaba siempre mucho.
