Great location, easy check-in. Room was clean and tidy, air conditioning was great. Had a fridge to store our water as it was so hot in Florence. We did pay for breakfast which was a short walk from the property, which offered a pastry and hot drink for 6 euros per person.

Small room but full of comforts, excellent cleanliness and strategic location of the hotel just 3 steps from the station and the main attractions of Florence.

The room was not as well-kept and clean as in the photos. Decrepit bathroom. Shower tray covered with torn linoleum with signs of rust. Fake windows overlooking a dirty light well. Dirty walls. Gloomy atmosphere. One wardrobe door cannot be opened because it is blocked by a desk. On-site assistance nonexistent. No phone assistance. I had to change hotels and I am waiting for support from Booking to get a refund
