We booked a Deluxe family room with 2 double beds for 4 adults, but the room only had a bed of 1.4 meters wide, so it was very cramped for 4 people. The air conditioner doesn't cool, it's very hot. The air conditioner in Suite family room 1107 leaked water all over the room next to the bed, the bathroom floor tiles were old and not replaced. The pillows were hard and too high.

Bathroom, showering standing in the tub causing almost the entire bathroom to get wet... also, one day the room was not cleaned, received 2 small towels instead of large ones twice! Bed was good... the bedside lamp didn't work, reported it to reception but no help. Then saw a similar lamp by the elevator, tried it and it worked, so changed the lamp myself...
