The rooms were a bit narrow and the air conditioning was not working

All the staff were attentive and collaborative. But Nicolás and J/Gerónimo stood out, they knew how to give us peace of mind with our luggage, excellent in various consultations... thank you!!!

I really liked the location, the cleanliness and the overall atmosphere. The common areas were nice, and the staff were generally helpful. It was also a good place to meet other travellers.

The room was quite small and there was not much privacy. The air conditioning was sometimes too strong, and the room could get quite noisy. Some areas could also be a little cleaner. Overall, these things made the stay less comfortable than I expected.
