For us, loud music from 11.00 onwards is not necessary, especially when you hear two different beats all day (the other coming from the hotel's Beachclub). Found the restaurant to be extremely expensive in some aspects (75,- euros for a jug of Sangria) and the bar staff not very efficient and not very friendly. It's typical that you neatly hang your towel every day (can still be used for another day) and yet we kept getting new ones.

Small room and waiting time for breakfast, which leads to overcrowding. You also don't expect people reserving sunbeds, which makes me consider not coming back.
Laura, the guest experience manager, made us feel at home from the very beginning. Then, Jean Marie at Atrio turned a simple drink into an exceptional experience. And to top it off, Titi, the canary at the steak house, offered us a service worthy of a Michelin-starred restaurant. Without a doubt, they go the extra mile at this hotel to make the customer feel special.
