According to their description, this Hostal.offers kitchen and utensils for cooking from 8am to 8pm. On the 4th day I was there, I was cooking my meal around 4pm the clerk from reception came and shut off the gas while I was still cooking my meal. I brought it to his attention that this is wrong and that it went against the Mexican Federal Consumer Law; seemed that he didn't like my response, he went back downstairs and got the Hostal Manager, to which I told her the same. They both didn't care and continued to shut off the gas. Also, there were items stolen from me from the communal refrigerator. When I brought this to their attention, all I received as a response " I ask management to look at the videos from the security camera." To this day, I have not received any notification as to what happened to my food. I brought all of this to your customer service regarding the gas shutt off while inwaa atill actively cooking and the items stolen. Because of all this and a family emergency, i checked out earlier than my booking. Also, to this day, I have not received any notification. My reservation was from Sept 11 to Oct 11, but I checked out Sept 23. I was told by a Booking.com representative that he was going to send a request to Hostal Amigo for reimbursement for the days I did not stay. To this day, I have not received any notification regarding the reimbursement. (The photo is of my meal that I was cooking, and it remained raw when the gas was shut off.)

I really wished you had hot water. I would suggest shower curtains so your stuff don't get wet, from the shower.

Ostello dal prezzo basso, ma veramente troppo sporco. Troppa gente ospitata rispetto alla scarsità dei servizi a disposizione. Bagno costantemente sporco o otturato, al punto tale che mi è capitato più volte di non poterne usufruire nonostante la necessità. Docce solo fredde. Dispiace, perché lo staff è stato eccellente.
