Great hotel for families with small children. All-inclusive offers a lot of variety and flexibility. Very friendly and helpful staff from reception, restaurant, bar, and outdoor area. Lots of different good food to choose from.

Could have had a double bed and a slightly reduced parking space, but the hotel solved both with good alternatives
Air conditioning was broken - when I reported it, 2 technicians came and fixed the issue immediately. Very nice staff. Excellent breakfast buffet - it was very plentiful. Public transportation is easy to access - you can go anywhere. Paying in public transport is also uncomplicated. Bath towels cost 2 euros per day with a deposit of 10 euros. All in all, it was okay. Got 2 single rooms with pool view and balcony. The purpose of the trip was the solar eclipse, everything went well.

Unfortunately, the pool is a bit too small. It was mostly overcrowded.

Check-in took over 35 minutes, nobody was at the reception when I arrived. The shower is so tiny that an overweight person wouldn't fit in there. Also, I didn't like that they charge you £16 for outside towels.!!! Sometimes the receptionists were rude.

The bed was uncomfortable, we woke up with back pain. The wardrobe was dirty. Dinner schedules for foreigners. The lifeguard and the evening entertainment staff speaking in English.
