The hotel is well located. It is possible to walk to the main tourist spots in Buenos Aires. The staff was very friendly. Besides that, I would say it has a good cost-benefit for those with few days to explore Buenos Aires.

Breakfast did not have eggs, something very common in most hotels, and lacked hot food. The bathroom was also a bit tight. There is also no efficient acoustic insulation between the rooms.

It does not match the photos, they did not provide me with 1 spoon I asked for, I requested 2 water glasses and they gave me 2 plastic coffee cups, out of the 5 days they only replenished soap and shampoo for 2 days and upon request, they did not change the towels, it was crazy what they charged for breakfast per day and per person, the employees were like speaking to them in Aramaic, they looked at each other and barely responded, keeping a small yogurt jar in the refrigerator was all fear and not allowed!!! Very poor customer service and I have stayed in that beautiful city many times without any inconvenience!!!!
