It's a bit expensive for what you get, but that's how things are in Dubrovnik.

Very thin walls, loud TV noise late night, I could hear two people loudly snoring from the neighbouring rooms. Even with earplugs I was not able to sleep. In the morning same men loudly speaking on the corridor, too much noise. I could have just booked a mixed dorm downtown for half price, because I was sorrounded by snoring, loud men anyways...

The accommodation is placed in a very quite zone of the city, is about 25 walking from old town. The shuttle bus to the airport is situated at 10 minutes away also walking. Also the stuff is very nice and polite, i have really appreciated it. Room has ac that was very helpful in such hotter days and were 2 bathrooms for 4 separated rooms, i think this is pretty good for that price.
